AZ extend Gudmundsson deal

ALKMAAR- AZ will exercise the option to extend Johann Berg Gudmundsson´s contract by two more seasons until the summer of 2014. The Iceland international’s current contract with AZ expires at the end of season.

The left-footed player made his AZ first-team debut in a Europa League qualification match against IFK Göteborg in the 2010/11 season. Gudmundsson has scored seven goals in 53 appearances for AZ so far.
