Elm
AZ dominated the game but needed a set piece for the third time in three matches to open the scoring: Elm broke the deadlock in the 14th minute with a trademark free kick. Elm also set up Martens for the second goal. The Swede took a corner from the right side after 24 minutes and Martens headed the ball past keeper. Seven minutes later, Martens found Beerens, who unleashed a powerful shot across the keeper into the top corner.
