AZ travel to Udinese without Martens

ALKMAAR- Maarten Martens will not join up with the AZ squad for the trip to Udine. The Belgian has not recovered yet from the upper leg injury that he sustained in AZ´s 0-1 win at Anderlecht in Brussels. Mattias Johansson will fly to Italy with AZ to face Udinese in the return leg of the Europa League round-of-16.
AZ coach Gertjan Verbeek has called up a 20-man squad.
